Spiritual flourishing is by definition an economic reality, and at Via Forma we are committed to living with spiritual integrity in this way.

We are intentional and selective in the people we choose to create our resources, and we believe strongly in paying these wise leaders for the energy, creativity, embodied spiritual wisdom, and time they put into making something dedicated to the spiritual flourishing of all people. For us to live with integrity, spiritual flourishing must include the content creators, the graphic designers, the printers, the website developers, everyone.

We understand that church budgets are shrinking, and financial struggles are real, and we’re committed to making these resources available as best we can while upholding these commitments. Below are guidelines for the ethical use of our resources and ideas. We trust that you will honor the creativity, insight, effort, and professionalism of all who have dedicated themselves to bring you these resources by treating the product and everyone in the process with the dignity deserved.

 

Terms of Ethical Use

  • All Via Forma resources are the property of Via Forma and the intellectual property of those who created it.
  • When you download a resource, it is for one-time use. If you choose to use it again (which we hope you will!), please reflect that investment by purchasing the resource again.
  • Purchased resources are not to be shared with outside parties.
  • When sharing the resource with your group, congregation, or online, provide proper credit to Via Forma and tag us in social media posts. You may not share resources in a way that allows others to use it without purchase. To that end, you may not post the original complete files or significant amounts of any resource in public spaces.
  • No Via Forma resource is to be used for AI training or prompting under any circumstance.
  • You may not edit, crop, alter, or customize resources in any form that detracts from its original integrity. Small changes for congregational worship are allowed. Excerpts and quotes may be shared with credit.
